After V12, I'm not sure Maru will even describe most of the trip. Given Abelion's proximity to the Forest however, he'll probably just start it there where he ends up bringing the twins and elf maids as 'V11 Zenberu's' to find Elf friends, because Ainz probably didn't explore it in his offscreen time, so we can see Carne Village 2.0 being raided and assaulted by big bad Theocracy for slaves for 400 pages, and other Satoru or meta reasons instead to only spend 10 pages on Elf King's screen time where Ainz just Instant Death murders him from PU since he's a creeper and 30 pages of stumbling on Zesshi trying to flirt with Aura because she's dumb and doesn't have enough Thot(Ordinary) levels to tell a cross dresser's gender.
It ends on an Epilogue where the Draconic Kingdom calls in it's good will for supporting Re Estize's destruction with an envoy requesting aid, either because the Theocray calls off support due to V15's conclusion or the Theocracy's aid wasn't good enough and so they go to Plan B, originally the Beg Empire for help but since Vassal state, go to Empire's Ruler state for help. That or Draudillion or her nation recognize Ainz as a Dragon Lord tier creature and anyone who has an idea how strong a One Man Army Buster is would instantly side with them over a nation (just a few million) weaklings of a weak race. Or Draudillion heard of Ainz providing aid for Roble against the Demihuman invasion so she decided to support the regional missive to condemn Re-Estize because they dont act outsiide their borders much at all, the humanitarian act of aiding a devastated nation damaged by demihumans reasonated with her nation's plight, and because Ainz already beat Re Estize once/Saved Roble pretty much alone.
