Dialogue Bolded For Readability Not Emphasis
Theocracy Perspective 1 (Did this one a while back)
Clem's Brother AKA Bowl Cut The Dude:
[WN never had Nigun meet Ainz in the first volume, and Clementine never was in the graveyard. Also
Ainz was going to Hogwarts]
Nigun’s line of sight moved to a camouflage colored tent. Normally, they should take action as soon as
their angels are summoned as they have a fixed time limit. But, there was a reason he could not do so.
The answer was in the tense appearance of the surrounding subordinates.
It was the master of the tent. Nigun, as the Captain of the Sunlight Scripture could be described as
outstanding. But no one complained as they waited. That’s because they were the highest-ranking
person for the lower ranked troops. The tent opens before long. The one that appears from there is a
young man. At that moment, the atmosphere of the field changes completely.
It was now filled with the tension of a battlefield. Nigun, watching the man, swallows his saliva. His
presence was different. The difference was like the distinction between men and lions. Nigun is also
someone in the highest tiers of power as a person, but that man released something that made him feel
like he could never win.
Intensity–there was none. He appeared to be a very gentle person. Murderous Intent–was nonexistent.
On the contrary, it was the reverse. There wasn’t a trace of hostility.
There are six special forces from the country Nigun comes from, like his unit the Sunlight Scripture,
The Slane Theocracy. Although each unit has different characteristics, the Scripture the man who just
appeared from had was made up of those who had power in the Realm of Heores, those who broke
through the limits of human beings.
It’s name was–the Black Scripture. It’s name was that of the absolute strongest fighting force in the
Slane Theocracy. This guy that belongs to such a unit is of course strong. The ability of a person that
has departed past the limits of humanity is likewise strong, but his Job adds to his power. Certainly, if it
is just simple strength then the First Seat or the 10th Seat “The Strongest Human” or the 12th Seat
“Tenge Tenge” are superior. In terms of special powers, “Time Turbulence” or the Fourth Seat “Holy
Spirit” were more frightening. However there is no one superior to him in terms of annihilation.
The Black Scripture’s Fifth Seat–“One Man Army” the man named Kuaiesse Hazeia Quintia was the
best for this mission [to exterminate goblins].
“Thank you for waiting.”
All the troops lower their heads.
“I’m done with my preparations, so I can move out anytime.”
“Quintia-sama–”
“Captain Luin. I do not mind being addressed as Quintia.”
Nigun doesn’t let it show on his face, but he has a bitter face. He may be good, but it is a problem for
Nigun. Generally, the Sunlight Scripture duties include the extermination of subspecies. In that sense,
Kuaiesse, a superior version of themselves created complicated emotions. Although their faith had the
same god, this subject is difficult to address. Although Nigun smiles wryly, in his mind he is unsightly
with jealousy.
“Calling a Black Scripture member, the guardians of the Theocracy without an honorific...”
“I see. I was ordered by the Captain to serve with Captain Luin to help clean-up the repulsive
demi-humans, so let’s appoint Captain Luin as the commanding officer. So I do not think it is not
a good thing to be addressed as such by the commanding officer as they are the top person in the
chain-of-command. Of course, I do not mind if there is special reason for it. ”
“...”
Nigun thought without speaking. Kuaiesse’s remarks were correct from the standpoint of the
organization.
“Quintia. Let me address you as such. Yet, permit me to use polite words of address for you from
another Scripture.”
“Of course, thank you in advance Captain Luin. Then, what are my instructions? ”
“I want you to show me the power they call a 'One Man Army'.”
“Do you not mind me selecting the monsters to summon?”
When Nigun shook his head, Quintia laughed softly.

%3D3JRvsvxGDRE&usg=AOvVaw3wGDP4srD5d-XjblHw3YPB]
“COME OUT! Gigant Basillisk!”
A huge black hole emerges behind Quintia. And the form of a monster slowly appeared. With a roar,
noises could be heard from Nigun’s men. Using the difficulty rating of adventurers, they could compare
to rank 83 monsters. Some of those in the Sunlight Scripture could use 4th Tier magic, but only Nigun
could even compete with the Gigant Basilisk. No, rather it is only a matter of fighting, it is another
matter when it comes to being victorious.
(He can deploy such monsters...this is person is the strongest Beast Tamer...)
... [Stuff happens, Gigant Basilisk get one-shotted after some POV changes we now see things in
Ainz' perspective] ...
“GOD!”
[TN: No honorific (you can interpret it as being intimate) and it has the connotation of trying to convey
he is a believer Ainz does not know of]
The non-existent heart in Ainz seemed to beat...Ainz had forgotten to hide his non-existent face and
was looking for where the voice came from. From next to the two dead Gigant Basillisk, feebly
prostrated on the ground next to the large body a man’s figure was visible.
“GOD!”
The man who crawled from a hole repeatedly prostrated... From the fact that his line of sight was on
Ainz whose face was that of an undead without active concealment’s, the one being called a god was
Ainz.
(Me...impossible, so that’s the reason...)
Somewhat understanding the man, Ainz created an obsidian throne with magic, and with an
appropriately regal attitude he took a seat. Then after that, he nodded his head in assent toward the man.
"That’s right. I am your god."
“I knew it/it was like I thought!” the man drew near Ainz and genuflected on one knee, sincerely
bowing in loyalty.
“Your expulsion by those that committed the Grave Sin [daizai] was no more than a falsely
handed down tradition!”
[TN: they teach in Theocracy Sunday School that Zurshana/Surshana/Slushlie the Seventh Slush
of Slosh was expelled but Maruyama confirmed he got ganked to death]
(...hmm?)
Ainz did not know what the man was talking about, but he could not appear like a human and ask him.
“That is right. You can employ/use me as your god.”
Ainz’ words seemingly filled some desire of the man, as he was overjoyed, and tears began to overflow
from both his eyes.
“Good Heavens, my GOD!” with these words the man deeply bowed/prostrated, in contrast with Ainz
who pulled back somewhat from his actions. Ainz using his foot lifts the prostrating man’s chin up and
peered into his eyes.
(Going mad with religious faith... it feels like that sort of experience)
He felt a cold chill go across the back of his spine. His eyes carried a repulsive gleam that if it was
God’s decree he could throw away his life calmly. By some chance, it resembles the subordinates in
Nazarick.
(If it is this kind of lunatic, I can skillfully pull the strings of this puppet.)
[Ainz tells him to go take a timeout in the bushes]
“Religion is scary...”
“Well that was an unpleasant surprise. ...To think an evil god religious organization would come
stand out in such a place.”...
“God...huh. Yet I expected they would have called me an evil god...”
Ainz shook his head. “Nothing changes if its God or Evil God.”
Theocracy Perspective 2
[TN: Slane tries to spy on Nazarick with Overank scrying magic using one of the Miko Princesses in a
channeling ritual, immediately triggering a counter-attack by the weakest type of demon, a thief-type
that immediately trolls them into submission.]
“In other words the master of Nazarick can negated 8th Tier Magic and possesses power which
summoned a monster like a demon as a counter.”
“... was the notion it was God not necessarily mistaken?”
It was a story thought to be a joke when it was first heard. That was the master of Nazarick has a figure
identical to Surshana the God of Death [kami no shi].
Would that not lead to strife? If we're careless it could become a major religious controversy
[daishuukyou ronsou].
The Slane Theocracy's faith believed in 6 Gods, the country was managed and organized in a system of
cooperation. Though each God was different, they could cooperate due to having a shared sense of
purpose and direction. Then what about the case where only 1 God descends from the heavens?
It's possible the power balance between the 6 temples would be overturned in one breath. Nevertheless,
this case they wouldn't be able to suppress the matter. It is not difficult to secretly suppress it, yet in the
case of concealing a scandal [of this magnitude] will stir problems in the future-- that topic would be
unbearably frightening.
No, it may perhaps be a dread that could not be stored in one's heart.
If God truly appeared, bowing one's head and bending the knee was proper in front of existences one
should obey.
However, it would be terrible if the other party only has a figure similar to “Surshana”. It was a God
that could bestow an eternity of tranquility or an eternity of despair. Finally it was the God considered
to be more powerful in comparison to the other 5 Gods. Supposing that [notion] was the truth--
The Water God's Cardinal would be ostracized. Thus they prayed in consecration. Toward the God that
was not their own, to the God of Death “Surshana”. They would beg, hoping not to receive God's
punishment.

[After Splatfest WN Edition]
Slowly a radiant white mass awoke. It was a gigantic being.
That was a dragon [doragon]. In the New World it was the strongest race/species [shuzoku] that
formerly ruled/dominated/controlled [shihaishita] the world.
Dragons were creatures that once looked upon would surely bring to mind reptiles. But that notion is
mistaken. Rather dragons had characteristics resembling animals of the feline family.
Be it from the movements of the eye [and eyelid] to their muscular tissue, no possible example was
exempt.
Of particular importance was the alertness and agility beyond imagination born from a body comprised
of thousands of layers of muscular tissue. Motions of a dragon could not be followed from untrained
kinetic vision.
The scales which cover it's whole body are harder than steel, and even blades made of ordinary metal
would split on impact. Even if somehow the scales are penetrated, the walls of muscle would stop such
weapons from wounding deeply. The breath released from it's mouth mowed down all those that
opposed them and exceeded the wisdom of man, and brought even sages to their knees.
And this dragon had a very beautiful figure. The body which bore a faint white, glittering light that
overflowed with beauty and dignified elegance.
The dragon gazed into the distance. No it sensed something. The state of the world was wavering.
“What happened? Platinum Dragon Lord?”
That dragon's personal knight called out to it. The knight understood situations involving Dragon
Sense, yet the dragon believing it was ill-mannered not to show attention to one it spoke to, so the
dragon shifted it' eyes in response. There was a knight whom the dragon selected to be by it's side.
They were adorned in silver dragon scale mail that resembled the dragon's own scales.
[The knight] carried a silver lance in their hands. The armor of the figure was manufactured to have the
motif of a dragon, which gave the impression of an upright standing dragon.
But who would know? That armor belonged to one of the 13 Heroes Silver Snow [Hakugin] who had
two names, that being only one of them.
“No, it is of no concern.”
With pupils which nothing could be seen within, once more the dragon shifted it's gaze. The knight also
turned their eyes to the same direction, but they saw nothing. No, rather the dragon may not have saw
something either. In response to the knight's perplexity, the dragon voiced an explanation.
“I felt the world was screaming.”
“Screaming?”
A dragon's ability to perceive was on a different level. The knight judged that the dragon had perceived
something they would never be able to sense and ceased any questions.
The dragon said nothing [as well]. However, it's survival instinct was making an uproar, having
experienced a sensation from days of yore.
It was easy to remember what it experienced. The reason was, well the memory of the maelstrom of
oblivion [“boukyaku no uzu”] would never be swallowed [/forgotten].
–-The 8 Greed Kings. Existences that he and his own race waged a war against. Beings that hunted
down and killed nearly all the dragons. There was a disturbance resembling invocation of magic similar
to that insurmountable menace.
The dragon thought back to history. Dragons who were considered strong beings were hunted to near
extinction by those beings. While called a Dragon Lord in the present, compared to the Dragon Lords
of 500 years ago, he only had power that barely exceeded a child. Besides [his] Wild Magic.
As far as the dragon knew only he was able to use the mystery of the world [sekai no shinpi] called
Primal Magic [origin magic;”shingen no mahou”]. Could they have won if they were organized and
united in their war? For no less than 500 years the dragon had pondered this many times.
The conclusion he reached was they could have attained victory. The reason was former Dragon Lords
were superior to [/could beat] the 8 Greed Kings. If he remembered correctly, 1 King required a
plurality [of resources/manpower] to deal with. To kill 1 King, the dragon side would suffer 10 times
the damage [“higai wa juubai”]. Even if an 8 Greed King died, they would be revived by resurrection
magic. However, the fact is the resurrected 8 Greed King would weaken each time. Perhaps, if an
amount of all those present [“suu ga soroeba”] overwhelmed them they could have attained victory.
Nonetheless, it was a fact that did not happen.
After all, they perpetuated the contamination of the world. [“sekai wa okashi, yogosareta”]
Wild Magic was lost, and the magic spread [spilled; “koboshita”] by the 8 Greed Kings became
superior/the leader [“mahou ga nushi”].
The dragon twisted his long neck behind him and eyed certain weapons. Since they were put here by
himself, the weapons had not been touched by anyone. [In his view] was a blade made of crystal, a
gorgeous/gaudy [“kiraibiyakana”] sword. A weapon wielded by the 8 Greed Kings, a weapon built to
kill and one used to murder their own. [“onoga douzoku wo koroshi ni koroshita buki”]. It was also the
weapon also used by the person who deserved to be called the leader of the 13 Heroes.
That [blade] marked/symbolized the 8 Greed Kings, a borrowed item[finest item;“ippin”] that gave a
blessing at a price.
The name was---.
The dragon's eyes flickered in vibrant wonder.
“What did they call it” and for a brief moment, wringing his mind in that gap [of time] to put together
[a name] “...was it Guilty Ordinance [/the weapon called Guilty ;“giruti buki”]?”
Of course, there was no one that could answer whether it was correct or not. The dragon let out an
unnatural sigh, and turned it's gaze back to a certain direction.
Far beyond the point from earlier--- beyond even the perception ability of the dragon.
It was a place where there was a 1 huge lake, at the south-end of the Azerelius mountain range.
Bonus: Jircniv's amulet was special!?!!??!? Mah Wild Magic!?!?!? Player item?!?!?!?!? Warudo
Itemu!??!?!?!?!? kappa.
And then this is just a verification, but even so you won't accept and carry the Mind Rigger [“seishin
sousa”; “mental control to your advantage” or “Mind Handler” or “Mind Management”is more literal]
After Jircniv finished speaking, everyone instantly realized that the magic item in question was the
Supreme Treasure [shikou no houmotsu] passed down generation to generation in the Empire.
Naturally. The item which confers protection towards all mental effects. Which magic cannot breach
through.

Blazblue Bloodedge Experience C1P1

BBBE Chapter 1: Contact

Part 1

Somewhere, far off into the distance, a piercing noise echoes. The sound fuels an impending sense of crisis, it's loud and jarring despite being muffled by various structures like how a wall acts like a protective membrane to the actions of one's neighbor; despite such distance and protective membranes, the noise is still hard on the ears.

Rather than crisis, this feeling is more akin to how your alarm clock disturbs your pleasant rest, screaming until you must act to silence it making you want to destroy it. Who doesn't hate that noise, a certain boy knows he can't stand it?

Anyway, the boy immediately wanted to be freed from this sound that was offensive to the ear. Thus...Naoto Kurogane's arm reluctantly left the warm cocoon of blankets atop the futon, reaching for the detested alarm clock alarm switch above his head. Said clock is an elliptically shaped non-digital type.

".......Stupid bastard..."

Following a light touch, the cruel cries cease from the alarm. He is left with a small satisfaction akin to smashing one of the world's evils. Then, motivated by victory, Naoto slips into the warm embrace of my futon.

But shortly after accepting the lullaby of drowsiness' advances, the front-door's bell beyond the bedroom door chimes. And it's not only once or twice, it rings over and over.
Too loud... Despite lacking the strength to voice his irritation, he wraps the futon around his head in resistance. This act serves to muffle the disturbance's noise, making the problem feel distant and irrelevant. However, soon the doorbell goes silent, as if in response to Naoto's shallow and lazy resistance, and soon the melodies of metallic mechanisms and tumblers enters the bedroom. It is the familiar sound of a key entering a lock and turning. It is followed by groaning sound of the door in the entrance not complying with Naoto's resistance.

(...again?)

Subsequently the sounds of someone entering his home reaches Naoto's ears. That familiar presence stirs Naoto, a look of resignation rather than confusion or annoyance on his face while he gives up in his rebellion, as he crawls out the warm confines of his cocoon. In a simple T-shirt jersey and night clothes, he performs an large awakening stretch as he rises from his bedding in the center of the purposely and simply furnished bedroom.

Naoto's apartment is described as a Japanese'1LDK' or an apartment with a single separated bedroom and another large combined kitchen, dining room, and kitchen (includes a single bathroom). It takes Naoto only a few short steps from the bedroom to reach the front door. But as he slowly rubs his drooping eyelids in his drowsiness, the door to his bedroom swings open with excessive force in quiet blur.

"Oh my. He's already up..."

Standing in the doorway peaking at the drowsy boy, is a long-haired girl in a pleated skirt sailor uniform with a blue ribbon and white base color. She voices her thoughts, tinged with a faint, vibrant sound of disappointment, as her hair sways, there being a white hair clip to complete the refreshing, uniformed look.

The intruding girl's name is Haruka Hayami. She is Naoto's childhood friend and also a classmate attending the same high shcool...She also happens to be the daughter of the apartment building's owner where Naoto lives.

Haruka

"With so many door-bell presses showing results, that makes me confident in one thing. I think we've finally found the sure-fire way to get you up, don't you agree?"

Although he did not intend to get up while the door-bell was ringing, he decided to avoid such a familiar scenario. Haruka lifted her shoulder mischievously, giggling as she entered Naoto's bedroom, with an overly familiar confidence, teasing her childhood friend.

"It's not like I was going to come over everyday. But I'm disappointed. Just like the childhood friends in Nao-kun's favorite games, I wanted to lovingly wake you up with a 'Nao-kun, wake-up~.' I thought that would help fill your affection meter."

"What are you saying, idiot? That's a template! A cliche trope! There's no way genuine childhood friends really do that! What respectable Japanese girl enters a man's room suggestively saying 'I don't like to be apart from you~<3~<3'! Seriou-......Wh-what game?"

Naoto only comprehended Haruka's earlier words just now, too rushed to contest her 'template' words and deeds to act with more discretion. At that moment, Naoto's drowsiness and clouded mind was grimly awoken by Haruka's words.

Wh-Why did Haruka suddenly bring up the topic of games and childhood friend templates? Before Naoto could contrive an answer, Haruka's eyes teasingly met his now alert gaze.

"Or, is 'Hurry and wake up, Onii-chan!~' your preferred route's princess?"

"Th-that's not something I know about!"

"No, it's okay; Nao-kun is a growing boy. It's not particularly weird or abnormal. Rather, having lots of girls come out just to suit a boy's fancy, isn't everyone satisfying their urges that way? I thought having just the game was a little lonesome..."

"O-Okay! I admit I have those games, but I didn't buy them myself! Fukuda forced those games on me, okay!?"

Naoto exaggeratedly shakes his head in denial, but it can't be helped the self-evident truth that such an excuse sounds shallow and superficial; wouldn't anyone see it that way?

"Suuure~, of course~. I'll see my way out, but get changed and wash your face."

"Saying it like that...you absolutely don't believe what I am saying!
Hey, don't start fiddling through my dresser!"

Naoto moved like his life depended on it, similar to a child desperately
trying to keep an overzealous mother's prying fingers from a secret.
Even Naoto's voice quivered clearly in desperate opposition.

"I can dress myself, So I'm begging you, please wait outside my room."

"Is that so...? Well I'll go fix breakfast then~ !
Don't go falling back asleep now, or I'll get mad~. "

"I know better than that at least..."

Giggling, Haruka slowly trotted out the room, yet ever so slightly,
her shoulders sagged sadly similar to parting from a loved one at an
airport on her way to Naoto's kitchen.
Naoto was left with no other ultimatum
but to go to the bathroom like he was instructed.

Slogging his way atop the  wooden floor paneling,
Naoto was only greeted by the frigid bathroom tile and that all
too common early October morning ambient temperature that forces you
to straighten your back; a stark contrast to the futon's warmth and
liveliness brought by Haruka.

Such was a typical morning in Naoto Kurogane's life...
A drowsy Naoto struggles to wake up, overbearing Haruka gets her hands on a key
and forcibly enters, invading his privacy and managing his morning routine.

This morning ritual has been going on for a long time.

(So even today is the same...)

Drenching the towel in cold water and wiping his face with both hands, Naoto
stood in front of the mirror , reflecting on the monotony of it all.

Naoto's corporeal reflection showed a cowlick/ahoge atop his head
that stubbornly springs straight up no matter what measures are
taken to comb or smooth it down; his eyes lacked any sense of tension

Although he wasn't brawny or muscular, Naoto his body was firm and tauter than
an untrained one.

And...above his head were a row of strange alien symbols visible on that same
reflection.

Set of 'numbers' Naoto sees. In order9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1-0, allegedly.

Example of 'numbers' above someone; as depicted in BBCF

Somehow he knows its a number. However, Naoto makes sure to check it on a daily
basis. But it's not just a simple replacement for regular numbers.
Rather, just because Naoto can interpret numerical values from 'them' does not
mean they are only 'numbers'; the truth is they can also possess other meanings
beyond that.

These 'numbers' can be seen above other people's head as well, but only Naoto
can see these alien symbols.
Only that fact is known for sure.

"The Hunter's Eye[Kariudo no me]...huh"

(TN: Start
CF localized it as Eye of the Hunter
Zedar/Amatsumugi localized it as Hunter's Eye in 2014 I think though...If this was
CT/CS when they cared about localizing terms instead of direct translations
, it would have been

1.) [Kuriduo no me] (since it's not Engrish)
2.)[Jäger Auge] for a German motif
or
3.) [Venator Oculo] if they got lazy and used Latin for all terms
rather than just reserving Latin for the Engrish ones.
For reference,

From CF Glossary Eye of the Hunter: The ability to scan, process and quantify a
person's life force.
TN: End)

The 'number', if it can be called that, floated above the head like a price-tag
, yet Naoto forced out a grumble as if he found the idea loathsome.

The number is currently translatable to [9810].
(TN: Yup...Go ahead and make the joke...It's more like Death Note Shinigami Eyes though~)

Most probable inspiration for Naoto's power. Source is Death Note

Actually, an accurate meaning, as mentioned earlier, is yet to be figured out, but
verifying a guess was impossible. For as long as he can remember, it has been
such an enigma to him.

It is a number that measures some aggregate of vitality, strength, or condition;
no matter how you express it, the 'value' is reflective of a person's remaining
life-force all things considered.

For instance, for someone healthy like an athlete or martial artist will have
a comparatively higher value than a person lacking such physical condition, and
those who suffer from an ailment, disease, or sickness have a generally lower
than normal number. In the course of a given day, the 'number' may actually
fluctuate about [100] depending on events of the day.
Put more simply, if one's condition is bad, the number is low and vice versa
a good condition means the number is the high, at least that is how it appears
to work...

There is a simple reason Naoto is confident the number represents
life-force rather than just fighting ability or energy levels, even if
he still has yet to fully comprehend it...
He once saw someone who had their 'price tag' expire to [0]...
That day he saw the 'number' drop to [0] right in front of his eyes
...and that moment marked when his mother breathed her last breath...

He finally understood this power at that painful moment...

"Naoto, rice is ready~!" shouted Haruka from the kitchen.

"Oh, I'll be right there!"

Just as Naoto heard the voice of Haruka from the direction of the living room,
Naoto hurried out of the washroom having been lost in his recollections, returning
the towel to it's rack.

Once back in his room, he rushed to change his clothes, tossing off his sleeping
clothes in the process before heading to the living room, now not taking notice
of how cold the apartment still was. The closer Naoto got to his breakfast, the
more he realized how hungry he was, his stomach aparrently finally awakening as
well; the fragrant smell wafting within was the impetus for finally pulling Naoto
from his drowsy stupor.

Of course Naoto was greeted by the sight of the demure Haruka standing behind the
small kitchen counter. Within her hand was a tightly grasped spatula, her figure
clad in the female uniform of their high school,
New Kawahama First High School (TN: Shin Kawahama Dai-ichi Koko).
What she was balancing on that spatula was freshly made bacon and eggs that she
was carefully transferring to a white plate.

In addition to that, Haruka had already prepared a plate of thinly toasted toast
and a mini salad with lettuce, tomato, and broccoli set on the dining table.

Blazblue Bloodedge Experience Prologue

BBEE Prologue: Rebirth

Muscles around my brow strain. My eyelids... My eyelids were heavy. Extremely heavy...

Why? How come I am trying to open my eyes anyway?
 Even I'm not sure...
Well, that's not it...

Rather, thinking about it, it's a struggling similar to turning off manual breathing...
I feel it's as if some natural aspect like breathing is now being consciously controlled.
My body feels compressed, chilling debris weighing my body down, disrupting my breathing.

[Ugh...]

My breath was caught in my lungs, the crushing weight forcing a liquid into my airway instead. It fills my mouth, leaking out over my lips. At the same time, I am overcome by the smell of iron or rust.
I realize it's blood. It feels so warm... Or maybe my body temperature has lowered cooler than the blood... Now that I've noticed the feeling of temperature, I realize my body is stiff and paralyzed... My body does not even tremble in pain, fear, or shock...

Slowly and steadily, my body grows heavier; it feels as if I am sinking, sinking into the ground...

(Is this... how it all ends...)

In the back of my mind, I realized the truth. The end was near. My dark blue surroundings are slowly devoured by darkness. As my consciousness faded, instead of anything else, I recalled a face... It was the smile of my childhood friend that always found time to take care of me.

(Ugh...if I get my clothes this dirty...you'll get angry...)

I don't want to make you upset if possible... Lost in my thoughts In the sinking darkness, a faint wind blew across my eyelids. My consciousness slowly stirs back, subtly and slowly. Standing before me was a lone girl. Instead of my childhood friend's intoxicating smile, one that soothes like basking in sunlight; this young lady looking down on me is one with a black mantle and a cold, indifferent expression.

At her appearance, breath leaked out from my blood-filled mouth. 'Would everything be okay now?', I wondered. The words I intended to mutter to her sunk deep into my throat like my body under the debris, disappearing before it can ever form. Like a moon, the young lady turns her white toes toward my compressed body, she shrugs her shoulders under the mantle, amazed. While the gesture was modestly dissatisfied, it was indicative of her antipathy, her aversion to approaching, to my dying eyes.

The young lady had a faint smile float across her face. As if mockingly sneering, there was indeed a content look on her face as her eyes narrow and her small lips part:
"...would you like to survive?"

The embers of dissatisfaction reared it's ugly head within my cold, tattered body...the hell? Who do you think you are to sneer at one's misfortune?

However, out of the blue, my thoughts turned away from negativity. '...would you like to survive?', I pondered the rude girls words. Of course! The answer is obvious! Yes, I want to survive!

(Because...there is someone who will worry if I do not return...)

Although vaguely, irritated thoughts of the immediate surroundings and misfortune were relegated to a small corner of my mind, rather the tension I should be feeling at the state of affairs was strangely distant from my concerns. Indeed my feelings were carefree as I worried about others.

The overlooking golden pupils, I wonder if she sees through my thoughts? Getting closer, the young lady bends down toward the pile of rubble where I lie, a smile gracing her thin lips carved into an expression contrary to her earlier antipathy. As she stooped down white knees teasingly escaped from her black mantle. For a moment those dazzling knees wrapped in transparent, fair skin ensnared my thoughts beyond what I could handle, like a enrapturing optical illusion.
A hand the same complexion of those captivating knees strokes my cheek not covered in debris. Her face begins to move, as if to follow the fair-skinned hand. It was as if she was moving in for a kiss.

The lips from that formerly indifferent countenance approach as if to touch my skin, whispering near my ear:

"If that is the case, then I will help you survive. But...find the Azure[Ao]. And then, me."

My eyelids, unable to bear the strain from the heavy weight, close shut. The next moment, within the darkness, I feel a new sharp, stabbing pain. A pain near my neck's side, blood trickling from a new wound, despite the rusty smelling crimson liquid only overflowing from my mouth earlier.
In the end, my consciousness fades. Slowly, I get swallowed by darkness. The darkness consumes me like an unseen beast, pulling me into the unknown depths. Yet contrary to popular conception, the darkness was comforting, like sinking into a warmed mud bath.

Notes
I'm using a system of Localized Term[Original Japanese Term] For example:
  • Azure[Ao] I'm not getting into the minutia of 'this Ao is written with a different character so I'm going to change the wording' instead I'll add context to differentiate it, if I catch it.
  • Nox Nyctores[ArcEnemy]
  • Novus Orbis Librarium[Void Information Bureau] (check Calamity Trigger's stage descriptions, they actually left this in)
If there are any new Mori chuuni terms, I may try to coin a localized term myself with some Latin, but might opt instead to use German instead to coincide with Naoto's German Motif 'Jaeger' (One of the best new songs; MUST DIE fans can fight me).
This isn't a one-to-one translation as well, since BB has so much added localized features, so I made sure to add sensory detail so the flow is more akin to CT/CS localizations rather than the more bland CP/CF localization (though these were more direct). Still, I still have my grievances, like how Hakumen did not speak like a chuuni-af knight in Old English, but that doesn't matter to 99% of fans. I'll preserve connotation 95% of the time, but word choice will be of a higher caliber than what is in the novel since I tend to be verbose; ultimately it's meant to improve readability and/or preserve the sentence's intent (or the intent I picked up based on word choice/character used etc) )

These posts will also be put up on Baka Tsuki as well.
